Sad neglected scoots

I found these unused and lonely scoots in Scranton today. Please help them and bring them to life.

New Look Blog

Well, I splurged and hired a web designer to spruce up the blog. (read asked Nina to look at it for 20 minutes)  I think she did a nice job fancying up the place.  At any rate, the Scooter Night next Sunday the 24th of June is still happening at the Midtown Sports Bar and Grill in Avoca, or Dupont whichever it is.  It is near the airport where Damon's used to be.  I hope anyone reading this will stop by and have a beverage.  I'll be there, as well as some of the Scooterists from Luzerne county.   I am looking forward to establishing something like this going forward.

I will be out and about this Father's Day.  I am going to go for a ride this afternoon before the golf and NBA evening.  I hope to see others out today and if you are going out let me know.

Back in Business

After going almost a month without the Vespa, I finally got it back. I'm really liking the new rims.

Scooter Night June 24th

Well I found the login information for the blog.  I checked and saw 65 comments waiting to be published, I published the most recent and deleted the year + old stuff.  I will be keeping up on the Scoot blog, now that I can log in again.

On June 24th the Midtown Sports Bar and Grill will be having a scooter night.   It would be great if there would be a big turnout to show off/highlight the local scooter scene.  Most of the local places host bike nights which I know I wouldn't be comfortable showing up to on a scoot.  It will be at three o'clock at the Midtown Sports bar and Grill in Avoca.  Check out the facebook page for more details.

Hello!!! I'm looking to revitalize the Scranton Scooter scene. I am hoping to get in contact with all of the Scranton Scooter owners and organize a group ride. Stay tuned for more info.

Wow. Scooter started up first try, POW! Not bad after being 1/2 buried in snow for 3+ months. I think this is scooter season #6 for me. Its a tuff little beast.

Rain-Rain & More Rain!

Hello NEPA!

Hope you all get some ride time in now that it's spring.

It's rained for five days in a row in good old Port Orange Florida.(I know-BOO HOO)

I just wanted to pass on my mileage milestone.

My '02 Vespa just hit 4900 miles today. Yes, I still ride to work in the rain.

I never said I was smart. Just can't stand to be in a Buick when I can scoot along and smell the fresh air.
